The Man in White.

"Let me say up front that not all my paranormal experiences have been horrific but the total opposite. I've had a few negative energies that I have come across in my years but nothing that I or my guardian angels couldn't handle. After a few experiences with spirits that has come to me to give messages to friends or family I have come to know that it is very hard to make out what they are saying and that most times if not all time they are not actually speaking with their mouths but are relaying messages directly to my thoughts, telepathy. you actually feel what they are saying and a lot of times its very hard to understand them because of the high frequencies that they communicate in.

This happened a good few years ago when I was living with my dad in NYC. After my dad had gone to bed I stayed up late watching T.V in the living room eating a box of Pepperidge Farm chocolate cookies with the cream in the middle, I cant remember the name of them but man they were good! That would be the last time I eat anything that rich before I go to bed and I still have not done it since and its been at least 20 years ago.

It was probably around 1 o'clock in the morning when I decided to go to bed. After I got myself all set up and turned on my stereo in my room to fall asleep as usual. I had to be sitting up in my bed for about 20 minutes before a man surrounded in a white light with blond hair and a blond mustache and beard walks across my room doorway from one side to the other. I wasn't sure what I was seeing so I called out for my dad, I said,"dad, is that you?" The man stopped still, turned his head and looked and me for a few seconds and then slowly walks backwards to where he came from and then a ball of white light went through my room. As you can imagine I totally freaked out!!! I started yelling.... no, more like screaming,"dad!! Dad! DAD!!" in which my dad came running into my room in total panic to see who was killing his son! When he gets to me I'm sitting on the edge of my bed with my head in my hands trying to figure out what had happened. I told my dad that I think I just had a nightmare and he had asked my if I wanted to sleep with him but before I could say, "no I'm okay" that white light shot through my room again and before my dad could blink I was already by him with my pillow in hand and on my way to his room!
I haven't seen that spirit since but he was my first light spirit I encountered.

I m trying to blog these stories in some type of order of when they had started in my younger years but I may not get them all in order of when they happened.

Love and Light!

The first time...

"Writing this takes me back to a point in my life when I was young and totally free of concept of what spirit truly is. Now I think I have a better understanding.

My first time ever experiencing what is now called the, "paranormal" was when I was around 7 years old growing up in New York City in our Manhattan apartment. I grew up with my 3 sisters and our dog named,Tiny, small white dog that I can barely remember.  Growing  up in that apartment I cant remember anything that stands out that may have set off spirit energies but they definitely showed up after a while and they didnt stop.  I know that my sisters have their storied but hey!, this is my blog so they have to get their owns! LOL!! love you sisters!
It has taken me years to accept what this part of myself, around 40 years to be exact and now I am wiling to share them with you. Sit back, relax and enjoy!

I remember one night in our apartment we were all getting ready for bed and for some reason that night I was so scared to get into my bed, I ve never had that feeling before but this night I had a fear that I can not describe. If you think that the movie, "paranormal activity" was scarey imagine it in real life. Before I would run and jump onto the bed from a distance because I was afraid of what was under it especially after my Dog Tiny would bark and growl atthe darkness under the bed.  It would take me forever to calm down to fall asleep and when I did fall asleep I would be awakened but a hand grabbing my hair from between the headboard of my bed and pulling my head back so hard it felt like my hair was being pulled out by the roots! There were nights when I would sleep with the covers over my head to only feel the hand feeling its way around the sheets to find a way in. This went on for years until we finally moved out the apartment. This was the beginning of my spiritual awakening.
